REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. One Heart does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Please carefully review your order, including your selected size, color, quantity, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because our products may be produced, ordered, or allocated specifically for customer orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
Color preference
Failure to review product details
Failure to review sizing information
No longer wanting the item

We strongly recommend reviewing the product description and size information before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the item you ordered, please contact us at [info@1heartclothing.com] within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or another appropriate resolution is available.
Contacting us does not automatically guarantee a replacement or other resolution. Each situation will be reviewed individually.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
One Heart is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or otherwise unavailable after the package has been shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier and/or local authorities regarding a missing or stolen package.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed unless One Heart specifically agrees to the cancellation.

PREORDERS
Preorder purchases are subject to the same final-sale policy.
Please review the estimated preorder timeline displayed on the product page before purchasing. Preorder timelines are estimates and may change due to production, shipping, customs, supplier, or other circumstances outside of One Heart's control.
